Sondra Turek, Property Administrative Assistant – Sondra dispatches routine maintenance, service requests and can answer many of your maintenance, insurance, security and building operations questions. Sondra also coordinates tenant events, the newsletter and account payable.
Dave Gerber, Chief Engineer - Dave oversees the on-site engineering staff which is responsible for the operation repair and maintenance of all building systems, including heating and air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical. Dave also coordinates many building and construction projects.
